Project Description
‘The Con Club’ is a new restaurant and private bar venue located in the vibrant market town of Altrincham. The venue boasts a casual open floor dining space on the ground floor, and a microbrewary and private bar on the first floor. This atmospheric space was created from the renovation of an existing building previously known as the Altrincham Conservative Club.
DFC was the fire engineer for the renovation providing advice on fire safety and assisting in Building Regulations Approval. Working with Project3 Architects, DFC was able to help the client achieve their architectural aspiration of retaining the existing single stair arrangement without compromising the venue’s business potential.
