Our connection to London harks back to the very beginning of DFC. Following the birth of DFC in October 2010, our first ever project was in our capital city. Seven successful years later we continue to work on a number of high profile projects in London. We also recognise that a lot of our clients and collaborators are based in London, and we enjoy travelling regularly to get our fix of London life. As we move into 2018 we are really excited to announce that DFC are committing to a permanent London presence. By opening a London office we are able to better serve our clients and continue to offer our renowned high levels of service on a growing number of London-based developments.

In the short-term, we will be taking up residence with our friends at Facade and Material Design Consultants, a leading design and engineering consultancy for facades and building materials.

As part of this announcement we also welcome Charles Betts to our growing DFC team.

Charles will take the lead of our London growth. Charles is a Chartered Engineer with 10 years’ experience delivering projects from concept to handover. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and recent projects include the redevelopment of the BBC Television Centre in White City and the design of 6-8 Bishopsgate, a new high rise tower in the City of London.
