Project Description
One Medlock Street will provide rooms for more than 1,000-bed student accommodation and flexible Grade A office space. The development includes the demolition of the existing Premier Inn which to be replaced by part-37-storey and part-13-storey / 387,500 sq ft of office space. DFC has been appointed to provide a comprehensive fire strategy to assist the client and the design team from RIBA Stage 2 onwards. Once completed, the project will connect the site to the wider First Street Regeneration Area.
