Project Description

Tower Works is a historical landmark featuring three Grade II listed towers. The redevelopment entails the construction of four residential blocks. Central to the site are its distinctive Italianate towers, which serve as a focal point. The new residential buildings will house 245 Build-to-Rent units and offer over 15,000 sq ft of commercial space. DFC has provided comprehensive fire engineering services throughout RIBA Stages 2 to 6, including CFD analysis and compliance with BS 9991 and ADB 2019 standards.
