Adam Monaghan joins DFC as a Director to set up and lead their Manchester office. Adam had previously held the role of Fire Engineering leader for Arup in Manchester for over 11 years.

Adam has been undertaking fire engineering in the North West for over 15 years, and has worked on a huge selection of the North West’s most recognisable projects. These include Manchester Town Hall and Library, First Street, Manchester Central , Chancery Place, Victoria Station, Manchester Arena and the Green Quarter, as well as the Hilton and Radisson Blu in Liverpool. Adam also boasts experience on The Shard in London and many global sports and arena projects.

DFC are currently working on a number of Manchester developments, including ‘First Street’ with ASK, the ‘Circle Square’ joint venture between Select Property Group and Bruntwood and ’55 Portland Street’ with Property Alliance Group.
