Project Description
DFC is delighted to be collaborating with Hadley Property Group on the transformation of Blenheim Centre, a former shopping centre, in Bromley. This project involves the refurbishment of four buildings, with heights ranging from 3 to 16 storeys, to create a vibrant mixed-use development offering up to 230 residential units and 281,700 sq ft of commercial/town centre space, alongside well-considered communal amenity and recreational areas. DFC’s fire safety engineering expertise supports the project’s planning consent process, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations 2010, The London Plan, and the latest guidelines on second staircases.
