Project Description

DFC was appointed by the client to provide the fire safety strategy and construction-related fire safety advice for the Leonardo Hotel, a new build, contemporary 14-story hotel offering 275 rooms. Noteworthy for its unique Jenga-style architectural design and external planter blocks, the hotel spans 110,000 sq ft. The external planter boxes presented a unique fire engineering challenge and lead to a structural fire engineering assessment of each.
