Project Description
One Port Street is a new build residential complex, comprises a series of three residential blocks, ranging between 8-12 storeys and a 33-storeys high-rise tower with a podium link.
Amenities include a 2,000 sq ft leisure suite with a swimming pool, spa, gym, and fitness studio, 47 spaces basement car park with 10 EV charging points and space to store hundreds of bicycles.
DFC have been appointed during early design concept and have since provided specialist fire safety advise to help bring the proposed design to fruition.
