Project Description
Oxygen is a brand new 32 storeys luxury residential development. The £85m scheme contains a cluster of three residential towers of 32, 16 and 10 storeys, linked by two lifts shafts, consisting of 12 luxury townhouses at ground level, as well as 369 apartments and penthouses. Residents’ amenities including 25-metre swimming pool, spa, gym, cinema, social room, lounge, reception, secure parking space and double height retail space on the ground floor.
Based on DFC’s long-term working relationship and projects experience with both PAG and Russell WBHO, DFC was appointed by PAG early on during the design stage and later on by Russell WBHO, the main contractor, to assist with an ongoing Fire Safety Engineering Services advice throughout RIBA stages and detailed design enquiries including commissioning and handover.
