DFC is proud to have provided fire engineering consultancy for four projects that have been shortlisted in three categories for the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2022. The awards recognise the people, products and projects that demonstrate engineering excellence in the built environment. These projects are:

• Valette Square, Salford (by English Cities Fund) for Housing Development of the Year
• Atelier, Salford (by English Cities Fund) for Apartment Development of the Year (fewer than 300 homes)
• No.1 Old Trafford (by Cole Waterhouse TW) and Oxygen, Manchester (by Property Alliance Group) for Apartment Development of the Year (more than 300 homes)

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 28 April at Manchester Central.
