Last Thursday we hosted a bit of a summer party in our new Sheffield office. With it being holiday season, we didn’t have the full team turnout but a few of us gathered in our on-site bar (yes, some good planning on our part!) to enjoy the sunny weather with some food and a few drinks. This event was a combination of a belated opening party, a summer gathering and a bit of a business update for the team. Those who were unable to join us managed to share in the updates through the medium of online meetings, something which we are all familiar with by now.

We try and be as transparent as we can with our team in relation to how the business is run, and we took the opportunity to identify some new challenges affecting our business. We were also able to share some good news with the team, which hopefully put smiles on a few faces. It was great to be outside enjoying this recent hot spell, and it’s always nice to be able to finish early and get together as a team and socialise.
